How does your fee compare to aggregators?
Aggregators typically charge 25–30% commission per order. Our Operator tier is a flat 2% — because we make money on scale and on value-added features, not by squeezing margins.
Do you take a cut of corporate programs?
Corporate volume is billed at the Operator rate for kitchens. Corporates themselves pay no platform fee — they pay the kitchens directly through gagameal.
What about delivery cost?
Delivery is run by the kitchen's fleet (or a third-party provider in v2). Because we batch planned orders, per-delivery cost lands 40–60% lower than on-demand aggregators.
When does billing start for Operator?
After a 30-day trial. You don't pay anything until you've had a full month to prove it's working.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, both directions. No lock-in. If you outgrow Starter, you move up. If Operator is more than you need, you move down. Your data stays with you.
Do you support events or dine-in?
Events (collaborative group ordering) and dine-in with table booking are shipping in v2, 4–6 months after MVP launch. Operator and Scale tiers get them at no extra cost when they land.
